RM Quality Construction LLC was founded in 2025, but our story began long before that.
Our owner, Romualdo, started working in construction at the age of 17. Over the next two decades, he dedicated himself to learning every detail of the trade — not just how to build, but how to build right. That means following codes, using proper installation techniques, and paying close attention to the small things that protect homes from Oregon’s wet climate.
What started as a job became a passion, and that passion turned into a business built on honesty, reliability, and high-quality work.
Whether we’re installing siding, replacing a window, or building a deck from scratch, we treat every project with care — just like we would for our own homes.
